1) Be LAZY!!! Gymnast train all the time, some are even homeschooled, since they are always in the gym training. Pfft working out so not like me.
2) Eating habits. Now i dont know about you guys but i can live off of chips, pizza and milkshakes. Olympians on the other hand odnt agree with me. They are on a strict diet! I'm talking about small, frequent meals that are low in fat but high in energy are the basic
requirements of a gymnast's diet. Now i love food so I definitely cant do that!
3) Going against top competitors. Yes, the olympics are filled with them but i do not want to g out there and lose so i would give up before the race even starts..... They would call this excusses. .After seeing Oscar Pistorius RUN! I was amazed! a person who is suppose to be in the paralympics is actually running in the olympics this shows if you have heart and give it a try nothing can stop you.
